Refunds

We provide a 100% refund in almost all cases expect the shipping of an item which was paid.

Please be aware most Credit Card Processors including PayPal now keep the fee they charge on a transaction if you decide to request a refund which has been taking place since Nov 2019.

After we discuss a return the item can be sent back to the following address :

Insurance is suggest to provide protection against an item getting lost or damaged during transit.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Shipping

We ship products from New Hampshire using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.

Overseas shipments are shipped using USPS International priority. We will send a tracking # via email so that you can see your order move through the Post Office shipping system.

Note - Overseas shipments might be delayed because of customs often having a backlog.

Oversea Import Taxes, VAT etc

You are responsible to pay any overseas import taxes etc for a product that you purchase from us. We do not prepay any import taxes on any orders please check with your local authorities for guidance on any additional charges which you might be charged.
