In order for a product to be eligible for a return or refund, please make sure that :
1 - The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days. 2 - The Goods are in the original packaging. 3 - The Goods are not damaged or used.

Please ensure you pack a returned item well to prevent damage during transit.
Insurance is suggest to provide protection against an item getting lost or damaged during transit.
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Shipping We ship products from New Hampshire using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We shipping orders using USPS priority or UPS depending on the item purchased. Overseas shipments are shipped using USPS International priority. We will send a tracking # via email so that you can see your order move through the Post Office shipping system.
Note - Overseas shipments might be delayed because of customs having a backlog.
Oversea Import Taxes, VAT etc You are responsible to pay any overseas import taxes etc for a product that you purchase from us. We do not prepay any import taxes on any orders please check with your local authorities for guidance on any additional charges which you might be charged.
