Steel closed segment jig base that fits our Index Wheel's center hole making it easy to create a accurate vertical jig to do closed segment woodturning.
Once you slip the index wheel over the step which is machined into this jig base your chuck or faceplate will hold it in place and then you insert it into a hole that you drill into a piece of MDF.
The optional height ring will allow you to easily adjust the height of the index wheel. The height ring will sit flush on the MDF when you rotate the index wheel.
