3 key items are included in this kit making it easy to build the jig:

1 - Steel Open/Closed Segment Threaded Post
A machined steel threaded post which attaches our EZ Index wheel to the faceplate which is inserted into a hole drilled into the MDF base   

2 - Steel 4x4 Vertical Post Base
A steel fabricated base which holds the vertical 4x4 wooden post exactly at 90 degrees.

3 - Steel EZ Index 12in Wheel
Our Steel Index wheel is the best you can buy for your wood turning lathe. Each one is CNC machined in NH, zinc coated and very precise and accurate for doing both close and open segmented woodturning pieces.
