These are the best Game call mandrel you can buy for making any type of game call using your woodturning lathe Our game calls (duck) mandrels have been machined in New England for over 12 years!
Once you use our expanding game call mandrel you will never go back to a pen mandrel or pin chuck. No more lost pins or slipping barrels!
Why our Expanding Mandrel?
Six expanding slots is the key! We machine Six Slots into the steel tip of our mandrel which ensures the best grip possible on the call body. Each slot is burr free also so the mandrel will not mark up the inside of the call barrel.
An expanding mandrel makes turning a call fun and you will be amazed how easy it is to slip on and slip off your piece with this new approach.
What is wrong with a traditional approach ?
Bushings, pins and pen mandrels are really terrible compared to using our expanding mandrel to turn a call. They all have a slow process to follow, slips easy, you loose parts and they don't work well with acrylics
Today pick up an expanding mandrel in the size you need to turn a Duck, Goose, Deer, Coyote or Turkey call.
